Lux Jewelry was created and inspired by the fluid evolution of life. It’s a mix between high fashion and art… Inspiration comes from geometric shapes, natural elements, vintage fashions, curves, straight lines, color, life, evolution, freedom, revolution, conscious lifestyle, and ancient time periods where tribal cultures adorn themselves with an element of sacredness and beauty.
I love to capture the constant change and movements that inspire the creations of unique and one of a kind pieces that challenge the traditional ways to adorn yourself as well as celebrate it! I love urban life and love to tap into what and how people wear things. How you dress, often is an expression of how you feel and perceive life and there is a definite art to it. So creating custom pieces for people is what I enjoy most. Artistic expression and freedom is a priority for clients and me. I do not follow trends, but I believe in the collective conscious so I always have what’s hot. It comes from the people first. I have been making jewelry as early as I could put beads on a string and am determined to stay independent. At a very young age I realized that tapping into my creativity could also provide an income for my family. I have built this business from scratch with no loans, and am trying to show my two boys that with hard work and determination anything is possible! Though being a small business owner and single mother can be hard at times I find solitude in design and independence, so the sacrifices have been well worth it! Edgy urban designs may be what I love but I have something for everyone and can do anything, any style that may be requested.
